A free 20-minute phone consultation to learn more about Nutritional therapy with Amina. This consultation is needed to schedule the first session.
A 90-minute session to review, educate, and learn about current client information, symptoms, and goals. This session is needed to book any additional sessions or track plans.
Scheduled a week after initial consultation
A 75-minute session to review the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), a comprehensive bio-individual data about clients symptoms and potential foundational conditions. Also, the practitioner will go over nutritional recommendations to kick start the client’s nutritional goals.
Schedule two weeks after initial consultation
A 60-minute session to review all food mood journals the client has filled out over the past few weeks. Also, the practitioner will provide meal recommendations to review with the client.
Scheduled four weeks after initial consultation
A 45-minute virtual session to follow-up with client’s experience with recommendations and to review an additional NAQ for client progression.
Scheduled after first follow up
A 30-minute follow-up session for continued care and guidance on nutritional therapy.
